Customs Duties, Taxes and Other Fees

Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that their country may impose to take delivery of their order. Sadly, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended that you call your local customs office for details about these charges.

In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value of our merchandise. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as a "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient.

In addition, some orders may experience customs delays, or delays due to clearance procedures.  Sadly, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be. These delays may cause your package to arrive well beyond the estimated delivery date.

We recommend you contact your local post and customs office for additional information because customs procedures and fees vary from country to country.
